25 years ago, a new gearing concept was launched that helped revolutionize how gearheads and gear reducers were made. Founded by Merritt Osborn, the company is now introducing newly patented roller gear technology to make very efficient and powerful gearing systems for the motion industry.

Initial designs utilized cycloidal versions, but the technology was quickly advanced to an improved planetary gear product line.

Both Dana and Emerson Electric showed great interest and participated in the growth of the company. The company was later renamed Gearing Solutions to aid in spreading the message of this advanced technology.
