Gearing Solutions® compound gears can be used in many systems. Some of these systems can be seen on our Applications Page. We utilize a full parametric engineering program allowing us to reach preliminary evaluations of development projects quickly.

If you have an interest in using our efficient Roller Gear Technology with your project or for a new product in development, please complete the inquiry form on our Contact Page. It will lead to a preliminary evaluation.

There are three major steps a project takes from start to finish.

Concept -- Upon completition of the concept stage, sufficient information is available to judge technical or commercial feasibility. Estimates of prototype time and costs are made

Prototype -- Develop and test the prototype. Once it is complete, it has gone through sufficient testing to ensure project performance. The reliability and cost goals can be realistically achieved. We already has much of this data.

Production -- The Bill of Materials is created and parts are produced for assembly. Many applications can use a modified gearhead or involve Gearing Solutions® hardware that already developed to make the process simpler and less expensive. GS patents offer additional protection to project partners.
